Managing your subscription

You manage your plan from Billing in the app. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

Upgrading

Upgrading takes effect right away — the new assistants and higher limits unlock immediately so your next run uses them. Move up whenever you hit a limit or want to track more assistants.

Downgrading

When you move to a lower plan, your limits adjust to the new tier. If you’re over the new plan’s prompt or competitor limit, you’ll need to bring your active items down to fit. Assistants not included in the lower plan stop running and show as locked.

Cancelling

If you cancel, AnswerScout stops running and the dashboard locks once your access ends. Your data is preserved — resubscribe and your brands, prompts, competitors, and history come back.

Billing questions

For invoices, payment methods, and receipts, use the billing portal linked from the Billing page. For anything else — plan questions, a refund, or help choosing a tier — reach out from the contact page .
