Plans & limits
AnswerScout has four paid plans. Higher tiers track more buyer questions, more competitors, and more AI assistants.
| Plan | Prompts | Competitors | Assistants |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 15 | 2 | ChatGPT, Gemini |
| Growth | 30 | 3 | ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok |
| Growth & More | 30 | 3 | + Claude, Perplexity |
| Pro | 50 | 5 | All five (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude, Perplexity) |
Every plan runs once per day.
For current pricing, see the pricing page . This page covers what each plan includes; prices live there so they’re always up to date.
Limits are pooled across your brands
Your prompt and competitor limits are a shared budget for your whole account, not a per-brand allowance. If your plan includes 30 prompts and you track two brands, those 30 prompts are split however you like across both brands.
See Multiple brands for how this works and the extra-brands add-on.
What each tier unlocks
- Starter → Growth adds more prompts and a third competitor, and unlocks Grok.
- Growth → Growth & More keeps the same prompt and competitor budget but unlocks Claude and Perplexity, plus integrations (webhooks and Slack alerts).
- Growth & More → Pro raises your limits to 50 prompts and 5 competitors, with all five assistants.
Hitting a limit
When you reach your prompt or competitor limit, AnswerScout will prompt you to upgrade to the plan that raises the resource you’ve hit. Removing an item frees up room again (it’s deactivated, not deleted, so your history is preserved).
